How to change the title of the Sliders With Calculated Results widget?

I'm simply looking to provide multiple answers that allows the taker to rank on a 0 - 5 scale.  I'm using the sliders. How do I

1. change the title of the question

2. darken the font as it's hard to see.

1) To change the title of the question, you just need to click on it to start typing  your own title:

2) Unfortunately, the color of the sub-title cannot be changed.
