Hello,
After many attempts, I was finally about to get my jotform to integrate with Asana. However, none of the project details come through, only the projects name. Who do I get the project details to pre-populate in asana?
Thanks you

The project details and various other details can be mapped when setting up the Asana integration:
https://www.jotform.com/help/470-Create-tasks-in-Asana-with-JotForm-submissions
The task notes can be assigned to a short or long text entry field in the form in order to pass a longer block of text.

David, Thank you for replying. I have done that in every way possible and we are still only getting the project name in asana.

I did a bit of testing and my description is being passed to Asana. My task notes as mapped to a long text entry field:
And the data entered in my "test2" field is passed to Asana as the notes:

Yes, that is how it is supposed to work, but that is not what is happening with my form:

I have inspected your form. As far as I see, you have mapped details fields.
I have cloned your form and tested. My test worked properly.
This is how did I fill the form.
And this the passed value. Can you please try your form and inform us? -

These are the drop-down options I have (no edit project details)

Here's a screencast how to view the project details:
Or login to Asana and then click on this link: https://app.asana.com/0/1120381274426522/timeline to view the timeline/submission you made.
Note: The link above is your test submission.
