From your query, I think you are not able to see or add the "Edit link" into your autoresponder email. Is that right?

Please let us know the form where you are facing this issue so that we could try to replicate it from our end.

We will wait for your response.

I checked your form and the autoresponder does have the "Edit link".

I did a test submission and was able to view the "Edit Submission" link in the autoresponder I received.

If possible, please open your Autoresponder email, click on the Form Field dropdown in the "Email Content" section and check if the "Edit link" is visible. Please also attach a screenshot (similar to the first pic that I've shown above) in this support thread so that we could check.

The below guide explains the process to attach screenshots in this support forum:

Since your account is HIPAA compliant, user's will not be able to Edit the submissions directly. The data would need to be publicly available in order to do so, which would not be HIPAA compliant. Due to this, the "Edit link" is not visible at your end. But you could add this manually into the autoresponder email content.

Just type in "{edit_link}" at the end of the email content and the Edit submission link will be available in the autoresponders.

When your users click on this Edit link, they will be redirected to the JotForm login page. They will need to login to their JotForm account and only then can they make the change. Suppose any of your users do not have a JotForm account, they will not be able to edit the submission, until they log in to their JotForm account.
