Redirect form on iPad app is not working

My form redirects to a second form on submission. It works fine on desktop and on my mobile phone (android) app.  It is not working on the app for ipad.  Please help ASAP as I have demos coming up today. 

I would like to put it into kiosk mode also but same issue when try it that way. 

Please provide us with the form URL so that we can test it further and assist you. If possible, please provide us with a screencast of the app on iPad to see if we can find something. Can we also download the app to test it from our end?
