PDF output is missing questions?

    I have filled in my Jotform and the email output is showing all the correct questions however the PDF output is missing some of the stater questions. As seen in the attached screenshot, the first few questions are missing on the PDF.

    I have cloned your form to replicate the issue however it is not replicable at our end. Can you please try to remove the PDF and add it again?

    Let me know the outcome so that we can proceed accordingly.

    You can go to Advanced >> Set PDF Attachment to NO.
