Submission Forms limit

When I delete a form are the submissions for that form not deleted also?  If not, how do I delete submissions for forms that no longer exist.  I am getting a submissions limit warning message.

Yes, when you delete the form the submission are also deleted.

Make sure your forms are deleted/purged and not in your Archive or trash folder. You may also delete the submission data in the submission page.

I have checked your account and it seems you're near your Total submission limit.
