I am receiving registrations without the payment being submitted

I am receiving registrations without the payment being submitted. I have it marked as mandatory but my subscribers are filling out the form without making the payment. Therefore, this is not working for me as I am having to contact the clients and get the payment. Some of my forms are submitting payments and some are not. How can I remedy this? My payment is set up through Square on your site. 

I see the payment field is required on your form. However, the default quantity for every product is zero, so users can submit a form with total as '0' :

I can suggest to check if you need to set the quantity range for products as 1-5 instead of 0-5.
