How to apply a discount to the total and then generate a Barcode?

To whom it may concern, 

I'm looking for a tool where customers can register for a consumer promotion such as: when you buy product X, you get a cinema ticket for free. It is the intention that the applications are validated before they can be requested with an EAN/barcode and/or uploading a sales receipt. Is this kind of construction possible with your tool, if that is the case, can you send me more information about the costs of this? I look forward to a response.

It is possible that when you buy a product you can state a condition whether he is eligible for the discount or not. For example, he has bought a product X then apply a discount to a total price. Then trigger a condition email to send the Barcode based on this as a receipt to the user which he can use while availing the movie ticket.
