Billing issues, when I had paid for the yearly plan last month

    I just got this e-mail for my account. I paid for the annual plan over a month ago. What gives?

    I checked your account and it seems you paid for the Gold yearly plan last month and on April 27 you paid for the Gold monthly plan. Now you have two subscriptions active.

    If you have not taken this second plan, we can cancel that and provide you the refund accordingly. Please confirm if we can go ahead with cancelling your Gold monthly plan.
