Prezados,
estou a 1 semana com problemas nos arquivos que são anexados ao formulário que criei.
Coloquei 2 campos com disponibilidade de anexar até 2 arquivos e venho enfrentando dificuldades de baixar e visualizar.
Estou utilizando o navegador google chrome para acessar o site. É o navegador mais indicado?
como posso resolver?

To clarify, are you trying to download your uploaded files in the notification email? Or in your Inbox? I have checked your inbox submission and I was able to download your uploaded file.
May we know if you're logged-in in your account when you tried to view and upload your file?
May we now if you have a pop-up blocker in your web browser? If yes, kindly disable it. You may also try to use another web browser in downloading the uploaded files.
Please give it a try and let us now if the issues till remains.

Olá Richie, boa tarde ! Eu estou tentando baixar os arquivos no e-mail de notificação e na minha caixa de entrada. Normalmente eu possuo o hábito de checar os arquivos sempre logada no site. Eu desabilitei o pop-up do navegador porém o problema persiste.
Qual é o navegador ideal para eu utilizar o Jotform ?

You may view your submission data with any browser. However, I would recommend the latest version of Google Chrome.
Can you please try clearing your browser's cache and let us know if the issue still remains?
