    how do I free up space in my free account, says my email and login id does not exist

    Hi Jeff,

    You can free up the space by deleting the submissions with attached files in it, to login to your JotForm account please use the username jdc123 to reset the password please do the following:

    Step 1:
    You can use Forgot Password button at www.jotform.com and on the bottom right of the page:


    Steps 2 and 3:


    Step 4: Check the email associated with your JotForm account.

    When I try to login or reset the password it says the username does not exist, and the same with the email, but this is not true because that is how you contacted me with the information about my account.

    So I need help logging into the account and then I can clean things up.
