Question about subscriptions

    Hi,

    We are a small business that doesn't take very many payments. If I start with the free subscription, and we hit the 10 payment per month limit, what happens with the 11th payment if I don't have the "disable on submission limit" setting set?

    If an account went over its allowed payment submissions in a month, the payment forms in the account will automatically be disabled. If that happens, the owner of the account has 2 options:

    1.) Wait for the payment submissions limit to reset which is every 1st of the month.

    2.) Upgrade the account to a higher plan.

    Please note that you will receive a warning via email if your account is about to reach any of its limits.
