We get receipts with Authorize.net payments but the Description box is empty

    We are using the authorize.net payment portal with our form for meeting registration, when we get receipts there is a description box but it is empty (says description). I have contacted authorize.net and they said that is a jotform field. How do I add that on the user end or on the admin end so the payments can be linked back to the specific form (for me it is meeting registrations)

    I think you mean the "Description" under Order Information box. If so, that is the Payment Box Sub Label in your Authorize.net payment settings. You have configured User Defined Amount, so you should put the label there.
