How to restore deleted Forms?

    hi there, i was wondering if you would be able to help me.  i had accidentally deleted all the forms :-(

    Please follow the steps below to restore your forms:

    1) Go to Trash Folder

    2) Select the form that you want to restore

    3) Click on restore
