Recover Deleted Forms

I think I may have accidentally deleted 2 of my forms.  Can you recover them.  I was trying to download the data and I think I messed up.

You can recover the deleted forms from the Trash folder in your My Form page. The guide below explains how you can access the Trash folder and how the deleted forms in the Trash folder can be restored.
