Could you please clarify the date my submission number resets?

    Could you please clarify the date my submission number resets? I thought it was a month from the date I started my account, but the 25th has come and gone with no reset in sight. Should I expect it on the first of every month?

    The reset is scheduled every 1st day of the month, at 00 EST regardless of the account creation and payment (for upgrades) date.
