Can I recover a deleted submissions?

I deleted a lot of data from a form, but want to recover it. Can that be done and how? 

I'm sorry, but there is no option to recover the data once you have it deleted from the form. That is final and unrecoverable. We highly recommend getting the Excel or CSV file of the submissions first before doing any changes or deleting submissions.
