Hi, I'm creating a form for a charity to pay for entry to a show. They want to use PayPal to take card payments, can I do this on a JotForm without paying for PayPal Pro?

    Kind regards

    Tom

You need to use Paypal Standard for that because Paypal Pro needs you to have a Business Paypal account and approved Pro payments which you need to confirm from Paypal Support.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-

With Paypal Standard, people will be redirected to Paypal payment page and they have an option to log in to Pay with Paypal or pay with their cards.

One thing to do next is to allow guest payments, guide here https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/direct/payments/guest-payments/

Thank you for your support, this was all set up correctly already.

The issue was that when using Sandbox for PayPal it doesn't use the settings from your actual paypal account.

Switching off Sandbox resolved the problem.
