How to set up and ending subscription plan using strip integration

 I am creating a purchase form. I want the purchase form to have 2 payment options using stripe

1 option would be a single payment. 

the other would be a 3 payment option ending after the third payment. 

however the Jotform+Stripe integration does not allow for a payment end period nor for a single payment/multi payment option.

What Can I do?

As far as I can see on your form, you were able to resolved it already.

As Stripe does not have one-time payment option on Sell Subscription payment type, what you can do is to setup first time custom payment cost only.
