Conditional Emails

    We have questions/responses on a form that prompt an Urgent email to the account rep.  We also have questions/responses on the same form that prompt an FYI email to the account rep (the same person).  If both conditions are met, the account rep gets two emails.  This is confusing for them.  Can you think of any way to make one email a priority over the other.  If the URGENT email is triggered, they system does not send the FYI email????

    Hmm, I'm not sure if it's possible, but give me some time to check if there's a workaround for it.
