Why is my plan back to the storage plan?

    Fiz o upgrade para o plano bronze dia 15/04/2019 porém mesmo depois de ter pago e ter sido confirmado o upgrade, inclusive já utilizado os formulários no plano bronze, os meus formulários regressaram para o plano Storage com as mesmas limitações de antes e hoje ainda é 29/04/2019. Como pode isso? Pagar algo e não puder usar? Aguardo resposta...

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I checked your account and you have two active subscriptions. One is storage plan paid using PayPal and the bronze plan is paid using FastSpring (credit card).

    Please cancel the storage plan (I-TDGCV3J4H933) on your PayPal dashboard to prevent the storage plan's auto-renewal and to fix your account subscription.

    Do get back to us once you cancel your subscription, we will go ahead and process the refund for your last subscription payment.

    I have also set your account subscription to the bronze plan.
