    Hello,

We have followed all of the steps for the PayPal integration, but when we try to make a payment, it says "client authentication failed".  Please help.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and on click of "PayPal Checkout" button, it shows error message "Payment Error: Client Authentication failed".

This type of error message is displayed when you are using incorrect Paypal credentials. I would suggest you  to verify that you are using correct "Client ID" and "Client Secret" in the integration.

Do get back to us if the "Client ID" and "Client Secret" is correct but  the issue persists.

We will wait for your response.

I went back to check the credentials. I copied and pasted them, but I'm still getting a Payment Error: Client Authentication failed.

I'm trying to reach out to PayPal to see what's going on, in the meantime, do you have any ideas of why it's not integrating?

I do not see any other issue and the error message which is displayed is related to the credentials of your PayPal account.
