@Ryan_Tahni
Are you trying to import a web/ online form or Fillable PDF form?
I saw on your account that you have 3 blank PDF Forms.
If you want to import a web form, please follow the steps from the guide provided by tertekin.
How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
On My Forms page click on Create Form button, choose the form layout, select Import, then click on the From a web page option and enter the URL of the form you want to import.
If you want to import a PDF form, please check the following guide:
How Can I Import My Own PDF to JotForm?
If you are still unable to import your form, provide us a URL of a form you want to import.

You can send them via email for example, just take your form's URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
And make sure that email notification is set: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications
So you would receive an email when your users submit the form.
Hope it helps.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
