Colleague shared a form in templates but I can't see it

    A colleague of mine shared an event feedback form she created as a template. Her original form is here:

    However I can't find it in templates either by looking through the category she put it in or by searching on the tags she added.

    I tried importing from her URL but I got the error message in the attached screen grab, which made me think that the import feature is just for forms within one account.

    The situation is that we are all Suzuki method music teachers who run our own businesses and events, and are members of a wider London Suzuki organisation. The person who chairs the teachers' committee made the form for the organisation's events with the intention that all member teachers could use it as a model for events we run for our individual teaching studios. Obviously it would be easier to use as a model if we can start with her form rather than re-creating.

    My event was Sunday so I am hoping to circulate my feedback request within just a few days.

    Please contact the form owner and ask them to enable the cloning of their form, they can do that in the Profile Settings page:
