Form over quota

    Good afternoon,

    we received an email stating that we have currently reached the limits of our account.  We also received a message that the form has exceeded its allocated quota.

    As such, we deleted a heap of the submissions.  However we are still receiving the same advice.   Could you please advise how we rectify this?

    The account owner of the form is over limit with submissions. Bronze accounts are limited to 1000 submissions per month.

    You can either upgrade your account or wait next 1st of the month when all monthly limits reset.
