Is it possible to have an single widget which is the fusion of "Dynamic dropdown"and "User Contributed Dropdown"?

To clarify, you would like to use a widget like a Dynamic Dropdowns, but also to allow users to add their own options manually, correct? As far as I know, there's no such widget yet, but we can submit a feature request on your behalf. Can you share some more information on this? Dynamic Dropdowns has several tiers, which one should allow adding custom input? 

Can you share a form you are working on so we checked it in order to suggest any possible workaround? We will wait for your reply.

Thanks for your answer. For exemple, on this forms https://form.jotformeu.com/72971601457359 , i would to add option on the both tiers. 

If it is possible to add only one, I prefer the first.

I can suggest to take a look at Auto Complete widget. It allows to search among options and at the same time, users can enter their own option if there's no such option in the list:

The "user contributed dropdown" Is better for us than Auto complete. 

Can you look for the fusion beetween "d ynamic dropdown and" user contributed dropdown ?
