Processing message not displayed after form is submitted. We need to scroll up to view it.

    The "Please wait while we are processing your request" message is not in view when sending a form (it appears at the top of the page which requires the user to scroll up to see it). Users do not notice that the form is being processed and give up.

    Furthermore, we would like to change the language of this message to Hebrew. How do we do this?

    It seems you have embedded your form in your webpage where you are having this issue. I can't replicate it with form's direct URL. Please share the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

    Dear JotForm,

    Can We schedule an appointment to take control of my computer like TeamViewer / AnyDesk / Skype and i will show you the problem?

    Because it does not work remotely ...

    Unfortunately we do not have options available for remote control apps. 

    Which form embed code you have used in your webpage? I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem.
