    Hi,

I have built a health questionnaire using jotform and was hoping to see if I could get some feedback, particularly if any of the css coding is wrong and if there are any errors in it's functioning.

Its slow to respond at the start. I've read it has to do with too many logic conditions and auto continue option. Is it possible to have a look at this too?

I disabled the HIPAA compliance while testing, seems to have helped a little with the loading but still slow.

    Kind Regards,

I am sorry  for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. Form seems to work normally but response is little slow on click of single choice questions of form. I believe it is caused because you have enabled "Continue Forms Later" feature in form as it saves the user's input data every few seconds in browser's cookie. Since you have 140 form fields, auto fill setting will save the data of all form field every few seconds.

If you disable autofill / Continue Forms Later, performance of your form will improve.
