Autosuspended

    Hi,

    When trying to log in to account mail@smartvetwales.co.uk it says we are autosuspended. I searched for this and it seems to happen when a login form is created. I have not created a login form (although I did try and import a form from somewhere else, which didn't work). The solution was to delete the form, and then the account could be reactivated, but obviously I can't get to the forms to check. 

    Can you please tell me how I can solve this problem.

    The form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/91192940443356 was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting user credentials.

    Gathering this type of data violates our Terms of Use.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.



    We’ve removed the offending field on your form and lifted the suspension on your account. Please refrain from making new forms that is against our terms to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

    I did not create those field. This form was generated by your system. I was trying to import a form from another website, which didn't even contain those fields.

    If you have the link where you clone this form, kindly let us know so we can take actions and remove that template.
