Hi, Shelley who`s name our account was setup as, is no longer with the company. We have now put my email in Bernadette@manorvillages.co.uk and it says it has changed, however I am still not receiving any notifications when booking forms come through, please can you advise how we amend this.

Are you referring to this Form? The account shellszymkiw is not yet configured with the email Bernadette@manorvillages.co.uk.
In order to change your account email address please follow these steps:
1. Login then open your account page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
2. Click on edit in the Email section:
