Can you give me your IP list?

    getting an error when trying to login, and i know my creds are correct.  saying i cant login from current domain.  I believe this is because we have ip address restrictions, can you give me your ip so i can whitelist it?

    we can't white list anything with a "/" in the ip address... what is that?  what about the "-"?  are there more specific ips you can give us or an example of how to white list the ones above?

    74.63.245.98-110 means the IP addresses range from 74.63.245.98 to 74.63.245.100.
    And 78.157.218.82-94 means the range from 78.157.218.82 to 78.157.218.94.

    64.247.128.0/18 is in CIDR notation.
    IP: 64.247.128.0
    Network mask: 255.255.192.0

    129.121.0.0/16 is,
    IP: 129.121.0.0
    Network mask: 255.255.0.0

    152.160.0.0/16 is,
    IP: 152.160.0.0
    Network mask: 255.255.0.0

    65.75.128.0/18 is,
    IP: 65.75.128.0
    Network mask: 255.255.192.0

    Please try to whitelist bold ones.

    still doesnt work... error is "cannot login from current domain" 

    any idea how to get around that?

    Please try to login via this page: https://www.jotform.com/login 

    If problem will persist, I would suggest to contact your network administrator, it is likely that block is on their end. Also, you can try to login using different connection.
