How can I edit my survey

    I have the link to my survey and it appears, but when I pull up my account it's there for a second then disappears so I can't access it to make changes

    I know how to edit a form, but I can't get to the form.  It disappears every time I pull up the account.

    Can you please confirm that you were trying to edit submission from your form 4 Seasons Group Fitness Survey.

    When I checked the submission data of the form https://www.jotform.com/submissions/91014842176151 I noted that there was no existing submission data on the form. So there is no submission data to edit.
