Cancel and refund for a duplicate purchase

    Hello, I have sent 2 emails to support@jotform.com with no reply. Will you please cancel the Bronze upgrade for user I.D. BluewaterSD and refund my card. Thread of correspondence is below.

    I misunderstood my webmaster and accidentally signed up and purchased a bronze package yesterday under the user name BluewaterSD.


    My webmaster had already created an account and a form under the username BluewaterVH.


    I just now upgraded BluewaterVH to bronze since the form was already completed under that account and I would now like to cancel and get a refund for BluewaterSD.


    Can you please process a cancellation/refund for BluewaterSD or let me know the process?
