This is kind of nitpicky but i have use a filter to further use the jotform emails, i once got an email from jotmails, it was only the once but why did that happen? Should i use a filter for both just in case?

Apologize for coming up this late. The dropdown selection from the Form Notifications settings only show email@example.com, I think Jotmails have used by our server for some reasons. But yes, include this emails into your filter settings.
