    Hello. I reached out yesterday in regards to my account being suspended. I was not aware of the terms and my most recent created form was for credit card authorization for clients to keep on file. I understand this is not a form I can have on here now and happy to delete it. But I really need access to my other forms as they are pertinent to my business for new and client information. Can someone please reach out to me and reactivate my account as soon as possible please.

    This form http://www.jotform.us/form/91165569275164 was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting credit card details in plain form fields.

    Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms.

    However, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose any of the payment processors available in our platform in order to integrate in your forms. You still won't ` be able to collect credit card details directly though.

    If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of a feature called "Payment Authorization". To learn more, kindly follow this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.


    We’ve removed the offending fields on your form and lifted the suspension on your account. Please refrain from making new forms that is against our terms to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
