Google Chrome: Files with accents are having downloading problems

    all my files that are with accents that people have uploaded do not open. The problem is are the accents I realized this. Files without accents open normal. I'm waiting!

    There is a bug in a Google Chrome version 73. Please try updating the Google Chrome to the latest version 74, and then try to download the file again.
