Can I generate reports from data collected from patients?

I want to use Jot form in my clinic when collecting medical history and clinical data but I want to be able to generate reports for the data collected so that I can review.

My goals would be to observe trends in patient conditions, improve management plans and optimising services utilising this data.

If this is possible do have case studies where this approach has been applied even in the non medical field.

1. You can generate a Visual Report out of the submissions.

2. You can create PDF Reports

3. You can create a Grid Listing Report.

4. You can download your form submissions data to Excel, CSV or PDF.
