How do I get rid of the footer that is covering important answers to important questions?

    How do I get rid of the  footer that is covering important answers to important questions. My settings don't have the footer option checked. At the end of each page the footer covers our answers.

    If  you click on the  link below and go into the the "PTQ"  you  can  scroll through  the JotForm document and see.

     

    I need this fixed ASAP Please!

    I'm not able to view the link you have shared in your google drive. I also am not able to find the footer that is covering your fields.

    Can you please share to us which form URL you are referring to so we can take a look?
