    Hi,

    Inject this custom CSS codes to your form;

    .form-header-group {

    border-bottom: none !important;

    }

    Guide: How to Inject Custom CSS Codes

    After that, re-embed your form using this codes so you can see the changes right away:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.us/jsform/30468124824150"></script>

    Changes are meant to take effect instantaneously but our CDN Servers will sometimes take time to cache the form changes, so, changing the URL from http://form to http://www will help.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    I did exactly as you said. The white header bar is still there.
