If a subuser creates a form, it is not visible in the master account.
The subuser cannot manually share a form they create back with the master account.
I can't log in to a subuser account or even reset the password for it.
If I delete a user account, I have no way to know what data is lost or what forms will become disabled.
Once I create a subuser account it's a loose cannon attached to my own account, credit card, and reputation with the potential to cause inadvertent damage to sites that use subser forms.
Those are worrisome limitations.
The master account should definitely have more options to monitor, control, and share data with subuser accounts. I'm not sure I can offer a subuser account to anyone until these are addressed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I have answered this question on the other form you have created.
Please refer to the link below
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

I agree with the above. It is realy not a good subuser system
And it is not letting me click on the link Jefrey put in to see the solution.
Beside there should be an option to share a folder so that anything created in that folder can be seen by the subuser, not that every time you create a new form you need to share again.

The JF rep states above that he answered this question on a different thread, which is totally incorrect. He attempted to address a different subuser account problem which had to be escalated to others for proper support. So, this remains an open topic.
The concerns I listed above remain unresolved. I acknowledge they are complicated issues, but wish that the feature had not been rolled out until they'd been addressed more adeaquately. I certainly wish new, version-level features like these were delayed until other simpler issues, like reliable integration with GoogleDrive, were resolved first.
CHABAD, the current system *does* allow the master account to share a folder with a subuser. But only the forms within the folder at the time of the share are given to the subuser. New forms added to that shared folder do not inherit the sharing settings, requiring manual, form-by-form sharing selection. This is tedious and, for my needs, not at all the desired behavior. There should (rather obviously) be a setting to allow for privelege inheritance.

That's my point now every time i ad a form i need to reshare with the sub user. beside the fact when the sub user ads a form i don't see it.
It seems that this feature really was not thought through well

I, for one, am delighted in THEORY that a sub-user system was built. But, as it stands now, it is no more useful to me than no subuser system at all. I can't deploy this to clients in its current form.

Thank you for your opinions. If you have some features you want to request regarding the sub user account,I would suggest creating a new thread containing your request.
We always appreciate any feedback that will help improve Jotform service.

Jefrey, that is what this thread started out as. Do I need to repost it again?
- jefreylandichoAnswered on February 20, 2013 at 12:32 PM
No you do not need to repost this request as I have already forward this to our developers.
I would however suggest CHABAD to create a new thread for his/her request.
