I am trying to cancel my subscription but the website that you forward me to is not accepting my log in and password.

    Am I suppose to be using the same login and password combo that I use for JotForm?

    We are sorry to see you leave JotForm. May we know the reason why?

    Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account.

    With your permission, we can cancel your JotForm subscription for you. Please let us know if you prefer us to cancel your account so that we can process it right away.
