    How can i integrate product, order amount, and name from payment form to autoresponder and 3rd party integrations?

    Hi - I have a form that captures product selection and payment data. I would like to automatically map the products, quantities, order total and name information that is captured in the payment field into two different areas. 1) I'd like to include this information in the autoresponder email (being used as an order confirmation) and 2) export to freshbooks, google drive, and mailchimp. can this be done?

    Yes it can be done, you have to setup your autoresponder with the Text Fields that match the Payment Name and Order Total (see picture) -

     

    Then just add one of the integrations to your form depending on the one you want which will grab the data and send it to them depending on which one or more that you choose.

    - Freshbooks

    - Google Drive

    - Mailchimp

    Thank you! can you help with the proper syntax for adding the text fields? Also, I can grab the first name, last name and product options from the preferences dialog, but not sure how to get the total amount.

    You are welcome and it's no trouble at all. The Text Field applies the syntax which outputs the answers to your autoresponder via curly brackets.

    Payment Order Total and Name = {selectOptions25} (you can get this by clicking on the Field Name tag in the box)

     

    After that, then all you need to do manually is type in or create the question or coinciding response. The tag should also contain the data as long as you have the Total turned on when paying for your products and that will be grabbed and it will come back to them as a confirmation via the autoresponder looking something like this -

    Payment Order Details = Name of Product Field

    Total = Total of Purchase

     

    And both of these are sent back via the Autoresponder.
