We are having issues with one part of our forms that we create. We our financial advisory firm. So we collect clients ID. One is Social Security Numbers. But not sure what is going on but clients are filling that part out and we are not receiving it on our end. How can we have this option enabled?
We are only using the free option because we will not need more 4 forms in total.
Can you please advise....

Collecting SSNs through our forms is considered as sensitive information as per our terms: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use
You will have to do the following to avoid any possible suspensions in future:
-Change your account email so it is a corporate one (not a free one),that shows your business domain rather than the public email address you currently show.
-Have a signature field in your form so your users can sign and acknowledge the sharing of such data:
-Add Terms widget:
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you!
