We have an issue were the form link in the initial email brings up an error 404 not found. Our client does not want to have to go in and download after each submission. Why does the link from the email bot allow one to download directly?

You can enable downloading of attached files to your email in your account/privacy settings.
Guide:
1.) Login your account
2.) Go to your account & privacy settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
3.) Uncheck "Require log-in to view uploaded files"Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
