Hello, I created a form and posted it to http://kennecotteagleminerals.com/contact-2/. The email notification to email@example.com is not working. The test forms are being filled out and viewed on JotForm.com but the email notification doesn't send. I ran through the FAQ steps and checked the mentioned settings, still no email. Please advise. Thank you, Dan

Another possible reason for not receiving emails might be your spam filter or junk folder. Please check your spam/junk folder for the submission email. If it is there, make sure to set it as "No Spam" so that this would not be flagged as spam in the future.
At this point, it may also help that you contact your system administrator (person or group administering your email system) regarding this issue so that they can also start investigating on their end.
If the issue still persists, please let us know so that we can investigate further. If possible, please send us the email server logs to aid in our investigation.
