    I want the body of the form to be sent in the email alert

    Asked by keiththirgood on February 17, 2013 at 02:25 PM

    I want the form to be included in the e-mail alert I receive when someone fills in the form. (The form is an agreement to the terms and conditions listed in the form. The simple alert is abstracted from the form and provides no legal power.)

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, Free Text(HtML) field will not show as an available field in the email notification. As an alternative, you can instead manually add this (copy/paste) on the "compose email" message body, when editing your notification.

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

    I am not familiar enough with your form software to understnd wht you mean by "manually add this on the "compose email" message body. I have never seen a place to edit the notification. I barely figured out how to get a notification to happen at all.

    @keiththirgood

    Here's a guide on how to get into your Form Notification email.

    Notification email template is highly customizable, you can insert paragraphs, images and tables using the formatting toolbars above.

    Thanks!
