    Hi,

    1. I can't seem to sign in with my new email information.  Therefore I can't get to my current forms.

    2.  I fake registered on my website, and paid for the item.  Jotform was suppose to send me the information from the registration page giving their demographics and what credentials they want on their CEU certificate. I did it last year, but it didn't work this time. How can I make that happen?  Which brings me back to number 1, how do I log in?????

I'd give you the details of the page, but I can't log in to see the page itself.

    1. I can see you're logged into the account Dayle9035, it belongs to the email address D***e780@y***o.com, if this is the account you're referring to, you can change the password following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password

    2. I have checked your form and it seems like you have the PayPal integration, note that the emails will be sent only when you complete the payment, for incomplete payments no email will be sent unless that you have configured the integration to send the emails to send notifications for incomplete payments.

You can do that following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-Email

If you are not currently receiving emails for completed payments, you may enable the IPN option on your PayPal account, this guide will help you with that: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account

    I hope this helps.
