Hello,
My form is set up to go to 4 different contacts for approval, however after the 1st approver (Director), it gets stuck- it doesn't go to the next one (Executive). Help please!

Please let us know the Form URL in which you are trying to implement this functionality so that we can take a look at it.
Also, let us know the flow which you are trying to implement in your workflow.

I’m hoping to have the requester fill out the form and provide the following approvers’ information:
Director Name
Director Email
Executive Name
Executive Email
Talent Advisor Name
Talent Advisor Email
Regional Finance Officer Name
Regional Finance Officer Email
Workflow: Request fills out & submits form > Director gets email, chooses approval status and provides signature, submits form > Executive gets email, chooses approval status and provides signature, submits form > Talent Advisor gets email, chooses approval status and provides signature, submits form > Regional Finance Officer gets email, chooses approval status and provides signature, submits form.
The part that’s getting stuck is the Director submits form but the Executive doesn’t get an email.

Hi @teinaf!
I have cloned your form and believe the conditions are not set up correctly. Can you please take a look at the conditions associated with selecting Executive in the STEP 2: Please select your role in the approval process field? The signature and the email field is not being displayed correctly as it displays Requester Email and Requester Signature instead of Executive Email and Executive Signature.

Hi Denis,
Thanks for troubleshooting! I changed the conditions that have "Executive" in the Step 2: Please select your role in the approval process field to display Executive Email and Executive signature. Unfortunately that didn't work, I'm still not getting the email as the executive/VP.

I think I figured it out! I had my form setting set to clear out fields that were hidden. I changed this setting, testing it out and it looks like it's working.
