Is it possible to use dropdown values for approved / disapproved?

Is it possible to use dropdown values for approved / disapproved rather than have to type?

also; is it possible to notify with a text message?

I'm afraid that the dropdown and text option will not be possible using the Hidden Box widget as mentioned in the guide.

But there is a workaround. You can add a dropdown field and two text fields in the form and Hide them as shown below.

Add in conditions in the form:

Now after the submission, go to the Edit submission option as shown in the guide. Here you can see the form data with the Status field. Please check the screencast below.
