I have created a form, enlisting all colleges and faculties in my university. I intend to make that one college/faculty may only file one submission. How do you ensure that, if say Faculty of Law has been selected, then the option for that faculty will be no longer available for subsequent applicants?
Any explanation would be highly appreciated.

Sorry, there is no way to get a form to check previous submissions.
The only thing I can suggest would be to split the form into two seperate steps. Have your list of faculties on the first form and get it to submit to a set of custom thank you pages (redirect to then using conditions based on the faculty selected). Each of those thank-you pages would be another form. Set those second step forms to "strict" unique submissions.
It's not ideal and probably allot of work, but jotform really isn't designed to be used like this so it's the best I can offer you i'm afraid.

Thanks for the work-around. However, I do think that this way consumes too much time and energy, as my university has 18 colleges/faculties. I decided to just put many strict reminders that each faculty may only send one submission and that only the first submission will be considered.
